Attorney Elizabeth A. Wagner joined O'Connor Law Group in October of 2019. She has been practicing law since 2017, working primarily on matters involving consumer credit reports and identity theft. With extensive experience in consumer litigation, she is very comfortable with protecting her clients’ rights in the courtroom. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in every state and federal court in California, and she is passionate about fiercely advocating for the underdog.

Ms. Wagner was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana and spent four years in Morehead, Kentucky, where she played Division I softball. After college, Elizabeth moved to San Diego to attend law school and eventually moved to Orange County. When not in the office, Elizabeth enjoys anything that gets her outside or takes her somewhere new.
